Graham is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and has had over 30 years’ direct experience in the UK’s manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics property market operating strategically from London.
Graham and his team joined Savills in 2005 when their specialist business, which he set up and managed, Brown Harknett International, were acquired by Savills to strengthen and lead their Industrial and Logistics business.
Graham’s experience extends to advising and representing occupiers, owners, developers, and investors in the planning, development, financing, leasing, acquisition marketing and disposal of land and buildings associated with the industrial and logistics market. He has tended to focus on larger strategic properties and has been appointed as an Expert Witness to represent clients on a number of occasions.
Graham has represented many of the largest national and international manufacturing and distribution companies in the UK, through which he has obtained a detailed knowledge of the industry and geographical trends.
Until 2014 Graham managed the integration and expansion of the Savills National Industrial team, which emerged as a potent and formidable leading specialist team in the UK. Working alongside his long term colleague, Richard Sullivan, he now focuses on new client business, corporate consultancy, and co-ordinating special projects. He has, and continues to, advise national and international operators active throughout the UK.
