Richard Sullivan

Richard is national head of industrial and logistics, a chartered surveyor starting his career in the 1990s and specialises in development and occupational agency advice.

In addition to coordinating and overseeing our national team and working on a range of strategic projects, Richard has specialist knowledge of the Heathrow, west London and Thames Valley markets and also focuses on instructions along the M1 corridor.

Richard has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the development process and transfers this expertise into a number of significant advisory roles with key clients in our sector to include site sales, pre-letting advice, acquisitions and disposals and industrial/logistics scheme master planning and funding.
